Voting analysis

One of Greg Casar's bills would stop artificial intelligence being used for price gouging and wage fixing. Both halves describe the same mechanism from opposite ends of a transaction: software that sets what a customer pays, or what a worker is offered, by reference to what everyone else in the market is doing. That is collusion without a meeting, and existing law was written for meetings.
