• OK HB 2764 — Oklahoma Income Tax Cut (Signed into law, May 28, 2025)
  Cuts top marginal personal income tax rate from 4.75% to 4.5% and consolidates six brackets into three (effective 2026). Establishes a trigger mechanism that could phase out the personal income tax entirely in 0.25% increments when revenue benchmarks are met.
