  • TN SB 6001 — Centralized Immigration Enforcement Division (Signed into law, Feb 6, 2025)
    Establishes the Centralized Immigration Enforcement Division within the Tennessee Department of Safety, headed by a Chief Immigration Enforcement Officer who coordinates with federal immigration authorities. Passed during the January 27 special session called by the Governor.
  • TN Helene Relief — Hurricane Helene Disaster Relief Package (Signed into law, Feb 6, 2025)
