  Establishes Tennessee's universal Education Freedom Scholarship Program. Capped at 20,000 scholarships in year one (10,000 reserved for income-eligible students and students with disabilities; 10,000 available to any eligible student regardless of income).
• TN SB 6001 — Centralized Immigration Enforcement Division (Signed into law, Feb 6, 2025)
  Establishes the Centralized Immigration Enforcement Division within the Tennessee Department of Safety, headed by a Chief Immigration Enforcement Officer who coordinates with federal immigration authorities. Passed during the January 27 special session called by the Governor.
• TN Helene Relief — Hurricane Helene Disaster Relief Package (Signed into law, Feb 6, 2025)
  Comprehensive disaster-relief package for East Tennessee communities devastated by Hurricane Helene; allocates state recovery funds and infrastructure-restoration appropriations.
